Salina Rush of Loudonville, OH, was tired of carrying 126 pounds on her barely five-foot frame.

Rush, a married, self-employed full-service Spa owner, had tried other products and diets with a “short cut, miracle mindset.” But one failure after another took a toll on Rush and led to, as she puts it, a “why bother, lazy attitude.” That attitude not only added weight to her body, it left her “frustrated, depressed, and hiding her body from her husband.” Of her 5-year ordeal with weight gain, Rush somberly noted, “I got lost for a while and turned to sweets.”

During one of her weekend couch sitting and snacking routines, however, Rush thumbed through a celebrity magazine and saw a TRIMSPA ad. She recalled, “A feeling of hope and inspiration consumed me.”

Particularly helpful in her quest for successful weight loss was TRIMSPA’s Online Community and the USDA Food Pyramid – which Rush credits with helping her create meals of lean protein, high fiber, and the right mix of carbohydrates. With balanced nutrition and a blend of Ultra in the morning and afternoon, and X32 at night, she found her energy levels rising and began to exercise in the morning and evening. The now 90-pound Rush said, “I even learned to aerobic striptease to spice up the bedroom.”

Rush is most proud of her 36 pound weight loss total. She said confidently, “I am happier, healthier, and sexier – and I owe it all to TRIMSPA.”
